The life of the party

Made the sketch a while ago and decided to finish it up. Haven't been feeling like drawing something lately. too lazy..
I'm not really happy about the background, but I didn't feel like making a new one (I always do my bg's in 1 layer -.-)
so it's kinda crappy
but live with it okaay? ;o
(hm I see now that the right arm looks like it's dislocated ;/) daym! she still looks happy though..
